If you’re shopping for a marketing automation platform, you already know the category is crowded. G2 lists over 200 products and most of them promise omnichannel campaigns, personalization, and analytics. The challenge is finding a platform where the customers actually confirm what the platform promises.

In G2’s Summer 2026 reports, D·engage earned 17 badges in the Marketing Automation category, Momentum Leader status with a 72% score against a 43% average, and double-digit position climbs across results, implementation, enterprise rankings, and regional grids.

Here’s what’s driving those numbers, and why the trajectory matters as much as the current position.

D·engage is the Fastest-Climbing Marketing Automation Platform on G2

Raw position tells you where a platform stands today. Movement tells you where it’s headed. In marketing automation, D·engage’s movement this season is hard to ignore.

The platform climbed 15 places on the Enterprise Grid, 10 places in the overall Implementation Index, 9 places in the Results Index, and 6 places in the Usability Index. In the Mid-Market Asia Regional Grid, it jumped 16 places. In Asia Pacific, 13.

Every single one of those moves represents verified customers reporting better experiences than the previous season.

That scale of upward movement across so many dimensions at the same time comes from a platform that’s systematically getting better at the things that matter most to the people using it. We’re delivering results, being easy to use, implementing quickly, and providing strong support, and the G2 results prove it.

Data-First Automation, Not Channel-First

Most marketing automation platforms started as email tools and bolted on additional channels over time. The architecture still reflects that origin: email is the core, and everything else (SMS, push, WhatsApp, in-app) sits alongside it as a separate module with its own logic, its own segments, and often its own data.

D·engage was built the other way around. The foundation is a unified customer data platform, not an email engine. Segments are defined once against the full customer profile (including relational data like product holdings, transaction history, household connections, and loyalty status) and then activated across any combination of channels from a single journey.

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, mobile push, web push, in-app, on-site, and ad retargeting all draw from the same data, the same segments, and the same behavioral triggers.

That means a journey can start with an in-app message, escalate to push, follow up with an email, and retarget via ads: all driven by real-time customer behavior, all coordinated, and all without a marketer needing to rebuild the audience in each channel.

It’s the difference between multichannel (many channels, loosely connected) and omnichannel (one orchestrated experience across every touchpoint).

Momentum at Nearly Double the Category Average

D·engage’s overall Momentum score in Marketing Automation is 72%, against a category average of 43%. Employee growth stands at 95% versus a 34% average, nearly three times the norm, showing how D·engage is scaling the team behind product development, support, and implementation at a pace most competitors can’t match.

Review growth is 61% versus 23%, meaning verified customers are leaving G2 reviews at more than 2.5 times the category rate. In a category with over 200 products competing for attention, that kind of organic advocacy is a strong indicator that the people using D·engage are willing to go on record about the experience.

Recognized Across Regions and Enterprise Segments

D·engage earned Marketing Automation badges and top placements across the Middle East, Middle East & Africa, EMEA, Asia, and Asia Pacific regional grids, at both the mid-market and enterprise level.

The regional strength is particularly notable in the Middle East and Asia Pacific, where D·engage holds top-five and top-ten positions across multiple mid-market and enterprise grids. The 16-place jump in Mid-Market Asia reflects growing traction in a region where marketing automation adoption is accelerating rapidly and buyers are actively comparing platforms.

At the enterprise level, the 15-place climb on the Enterprise Grid (from #44 to #29) is one of the largest movements in the category this season. For enterprise buyers evaluating marketing automation platforms, that trajectory means the newest enterprise customers are rating D·engage significantly higher than even a season ago.
