G2's Summer 2026 reports are out, and D·engage has been named a Momentum Leader for Customer Data Platforms. This places us among the top trending CDPs on the world's largest software review marketplace.

G2 rankings are built entirely on verified reviews from real users, not on vendor claims or analyst opinions. Each review is validated through LinkedIn, manually checked, and algorithmically scored.

This means vendors can't influence their position by spending money with G2. What shows up in these reports is what customers actually think.

For D·engage, this season represents our strongest G2 performance yet: and the numbers tell an exciting story about where our platform is headed.

D·engage is growing faster than 96% of CDPs on G2

G2’s Momentum score measures whether a product is gaining traction. It factors in employee growth, review growth, social presence, and web traffic, all normalized against the category.

In the CDP category, D·engage scored 74%, against a category average of 44%.

The standout figure is review growth. In a category where trust is everything, organic review velocity signals that customers are actively advocating for the platform. Our score sits at 82%, compared to a category average of 33% – nearly two and a half times the norm.

Employee growth tells a similar story. At 92% versus a 38% average, we’re scaling our team at a pace that outstrips the vast majority of CDP providers: reflecting our investment in product, support, and delivery.

Trusted by teams across six regions, from SMB to Enterprise

D·engage earned 14 badges in the CDP category this season, covering momentum, grid placement, results, and regional performance across multiple company sizes and geographies.

Regionally, D·engage earned recognition across six grids (Middle East, Middle East & Africa, EMEA, Europe, Asia, and Asia Pacific). This breadth reflects genuine multi-market traction rather than strength in a single geography.

For organizations operating across borders, this level of validated regional performance is key. A CDP that earns high marks in EMEA won’t necessarily work well in Asia Pacific, but D·engage’s reviews show it does.

It’s not just different regions where D·engage works well, but also across company sizes. We picked up recognition at the small business, mid-market, and enterprise levels: including a coveted Enterprise Results badge.

That cross-segment validation is uncommon as most CDPs tend to be optimized for either large or small deployments, not both.

D·engage is faster to implement and faster to deliver results

Two of the most telling G2 indices are Results (“does this product deliver business outcomes?”) and Implementation (“how quickly and smoothly does it go live?”). D·engage improved its position in both this season, including a seven-place climb in the overall CDP Implementation Index.

That implementation improvement aligns with feedback from our core verticals (retail, apparel, financial services, and banking) where time-to-value is a crucial factor.

Teams in these industries can’t afford a 12-month onboarding cycle. The G2 data suggests D·engage is delivering faster time-to-value than many of its competitors, as reported by the people who’ve used our platform.

Why D·engage’s CDP approach is different

Most CDPs require businesses to extract their data, copy it into a vendor-owned environment, and restructure it to fit a rigid schema. It’s a process that adds months to implementation, creates governance headaches, and duplicates data that was already well-organized.

D·engage takes a composable approach. Remote source technology connects directly to existing databases so there’s no extraction or duplication. Unified customer profiles are built from a relational data model that preserves the complexity of real customer relationships between accounts, products, preferences, household connections, and loyalty tiers.

The data stays where it lives, and the CDP works on top of it.

For industries like banking and financial services (where data residency, governance, and speed to value are non-negotiable) that architecture is a major reason D·engage's implementation and results scores are climbing as fast as they are.

77 badges and counting: a record-breakintg G2 season for D·engage

The CDP results sit within a broader picture. Across all categories in Summer 2026, D·engage earned 77 badges (up from 60 last season) and was included in 205 G2 Reports, up from 193.

That sustained upward trajectory across multiple seasons reflects our focus on consistently improving product and customer experience. It’s not an anomalous spike, it’s steady improvement and growth. And things are only getting better.

Don’t take our word for it, read the G2 reviews

G2’s value is transparency. Every review is verified, every score is public, and every badge is earned through customer feedback.
