These updates provide more control over your campaigns, offering better insights and ensuring your messages reach the right people at the right time. Here’s a closer look at what’s new and how it can help you refine your marketing efforts.

Introducing Enhanced Multiple Event Structure for Conversion Tracking and Revenue Mapping

D•engage's enhanced conversion tracking and revenue mapping settings. The interface shows options for selecting multiple conversion events such as 'Add to Cart' and 'Order,' mapping revenue to specific events, and defining conversion deadlines for better campaign performance tracking.

We’ve improved our campaign tracking capabilities to give you more insights and flexibility. With the enhanced Multiple Event Structure, you can now:

  • Track up to two conversion events within a single campaign (e.g., “Add to Cart” and “Purchase”). Previously, only one event could be tracked.
  • Map revenue to each selected event, providing a clearer view of how different actions contribute to your overall revenue.

Why It’s Important:

  • Better Visibility: Monitor both the initial interest (e.g., adding items to the cart) and final conversions (e.g., completing a purchase) within the same campaign.
  • Optimized Campaigns: By understanding how each event impacts revenue, you can fine-tune your campaigns for better performance.

How to Use:

Conversion Tracking:

  • Go to Campaign Settings > Delivery Settings > Conversion Tracking.
  • Select up to two events to track, such as “Add to Cart” and “Purchase.”

Revenue Mapping:

  • Navigate to Settings > Revenue Mapping.
  • Add relevant Revenue Events and Attributes to map revenue to specific actions.

This feature empowers you to track key interactions and revenue contributions, enabling smarter, data-driven decisions for your campaigns.

Deliver Campaigns Right on Time with Timezone-Based Scheduling

D•engage's time-zone based delivery feature for scheduled campaigns. The interface displays scheduling options where users can set a delivery time based on the recipient’s local timezone, with a repeat daily option for continuous engagement.

The new Timezone-Based Scheduling feature ensures that your recurring campaigns are delivered at the optimal local time for each recipient, based on their individual time zone. This update is ideal for time-sensitive messages like promotions, birthday greetings, or reminders, making sure your audience receives them at the right moment, no matter where they are in the world.

Why It’s Important:

  • Personalized Delivery: Tailor your communication by sending campaigns according to each recipient’s local time zone, improving engagement and response rates.
  • Increased Relevance: Time-sensitive content reaches users at the most effective time, boosting the impact of your campaigns.

How to Use:

Accessing Timezone-Based Delivery:

  • Through Campaign Flows: Go to Campaign > Flows > New > Recurring, then select Time Zone-Based Delivery under Schedule Options.
  • Through Content Section: After creating and saving your content, click Create Campaign and enable Time Zone-Based Delivery in the Scheduling Options section.

 Setting Up the Campaign:

  • Choose Delivery Date & Time: Select the start date and time you want your campaign to be delivered to each recipient based on their local time zone.
  • Repeat Daily Until End Date: If selected, your campaign will be sent daily to recipients until the specified end date, ensuring consistent engagement.

Launching & Tracking:

  • Once your campaign is ready, launch it, and track its progress. The “world with clock” icon will indicate that the campaign uses timezone-based delivery.

By setting your campaigns to align with your recipients’ local time, you can ensure that your messages are timely, relevant, and more likely to drive action.

Whether you’re promoting a special deal, introducing new arrivals, or offering personalized recommendations, this content ensures the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

Static content is ideal for displaying consistent messaging across all users, while dynamic content adapts based on each user’s behavior and past interactions, offering a more personalized experience.
